Production Assistant
Summary
Assists in semiconductor or manufacturing production, following SOPs and cleanroom protocols to maintain quality and safety during 12-hour rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform production activities according to production orders and work instructions.
- Follow SOPs and Lean Pull Flow methodology to ensure quality and productivity.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with safety and environmental requirements.
- Report abnormalities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to contamination control procedures.
Requirements
- GCE "N" or "O" Level or equivalent.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Willing to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Responsible, team-oriented and able to follow work instructions.
- Manufacturing or semiconductor experience is an advantage.
