Production Assistant Manager

We are looking for an effective team player with a passion in gelato making to fill the role of Production Assistant Manager (Gelato).

Your roles & responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily gelato production and staff operations
• Manage production planning, equipment maintenance and inventory movement
• Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborated with management and other team members to improve and ensure efficient production processes to meet production targets
• Train and supervise production team members

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 year experience in gelato making
• Possess positive work attitude and leadership qualities; able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
