Production Associate - 1st shift

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Production Associate team member at our Liquid Egg Processing facility in Ft. Recovery, Ohio (Mercer County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
• Increase to $17.70/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Thursday
  • 6:00am-2:30pm
  • Some Fridays required

What You'll Do

• Help process eggs
• Inspect eggs for quality
• Remove defective products

No experience required. Training is provided.

• Must be a least 18 years old
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
