POSITION SUMMARY:

Our new state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to delivering fresh, safe, and delicious meat products to our customers. We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team. As a Meat Plant Production Employee, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our meat products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The position involves handling various tasks within the production line, working with modern machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Inspect meat products for quality and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for sanitation and hygiene.
• Package finished meat products for distribution and sale.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the lead.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and goals.
• Follows USDA guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in other duties as assigned
