What You'll Do

• Build and assemble custom garage doors according to drawings and production specifications.

• Measure, cut, and work with various wood materials to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Inspect materials, identify defects, and maintain quality standards.

• Meet production goals while following established safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Communicate production concerns and opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in woodworking, construction, or manufacturing is preferred.

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow CAD drawings and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

• Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable performing hands-on work.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
