For nearly 90 years, Aetna Building Solutions has been a trusted wholesale distributor of building products for contractors, fabricators, architects, and builders across the Midwest. Beyond distribution, we manufacture high-quality, made-to-order high-pressure laminate (HPL) panels, and we're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our panel fabrication team in White Bear Lake.

What You'll Do
- Set up, program, and operate fabrication equipment
- Read work orders, cut lists, and specifications to build panels accurately to customer requirements
- Help with laminate bonding, core preparation, and backer application
- Inspect materials and finished panels for dimensions, bonding, edge quality, and appearance
- Cut, trim, stack, and package finished products for shipment
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks, basic operator maintenance, and minor troubleshooting
- Operate forklifts to move, stage, and store materials safely
- Support inventory accuracy and keep your work area clean and organized
- Share ideas that improve safety, quality, and efficiency
What You Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality work
- Mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills
- Comfort using measuring tools and reading specifications
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn production software
- A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
- Experience with cold press, panel saw, beam saw, CNC, or similar equipment
- Background in panel fabrication, woodworking, or building materials
- Forklift experience (certification a plus)
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Wear required PPE
