Production Associate

Job Summary:
Royal Manufacturing is currently hiring a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This role supports the production of high-quality acrylic and marble products—including bathtubs, shower bases, vanities, and sinks. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in lifting and moving acrylic and marble products (tubs, vanities, sinks, etc.) between workstations during production.
• Support various stages of the production process, including assembly and material handling.
• Carefully handle all products and components to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and production instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Basic math skills and the ability to understand dimensions and measurements.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more consistently.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Required Attire: Long pants (jeans or khakis), t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes or work boots).
