Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours) Shift Differential: $1.50/hour Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly What You’ll Do (Description / Key Responsibilities) Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation
