Position Summary
The General Production Associate plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform tasks such as packaging, labeling, sorting, and product handling
- Follow all food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Support team members and production lines as needed
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Preferred:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environment
- Experience working in temperature-controlled environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40–50 lbs
- Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Work Environment
- Production facility environment (may include cold, wet, or humid conditions)
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
- Shift work, overtime, and weekends may be required based on production needs

- These positions pay $15.00 - $16.00 per Hour. Are you comfortable with that pay rate?
- These positions have a standard shift start. However, we work open-ended shifts which means you may get off work at 4pm or 5pm somedays and some days you may get off at 8pm or 9pm. We do not make accommodations for employees to get off work earlier than when production is complete. Are you comfortable with this type of schedule?
- Our facility stays 40 degrees all year round. Our employees work in a cold, damp food (sausage) making facility. Are you comfortable standing & working in a 40 degree, cold & damp environment?
