Trains and audits production staff on quality standards and equipment operation in a manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with work instructions and safety protocols.

PRODUCTION AUDITOR TRAINER

Hours: full-time position.

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Serve as a technical resource / liaison for both Quality Assurance and Production.
  • Support daily production activities by auditing production training effectiveness of operators and product produced.
  • Provide mentoring as needed to Operators and Production Technicians and provide feedback to Quality with any concerns regarding product being produced.
  • Detailed on the job Operator Training on all levels.
  • In person training on production documents (WI, IP, QA…etc.)
    • New operator
    • New Work Order
    • Evaluate all Work Order requirements
    • Evaluate operator performance
    • Provide training, support and mentor to production personnel
    • Audit work centers for problem areas and additional on the job training needs
  • Verify BOM / WI / WO to confirm information/requirements where applicable.
  • Audit production paper for GMP requirements.
  • Be able to effectively operate equipment as required.
  • Work with Quality on MRB and NCR process.
  • Audit of work instructions as used in on the job training, suggesting modifications as needed.
  • Add any support necessary to production personnel, help inspector with visual inspection of product.
  • Knowledge of production document change / approval process.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment, adheres to all safety procedures, and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor.
  • Wear company issued personal protective equipment (PPE) such as uniforms, gloves, hairnets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
