Production & Automation Technician

Responsibilities:

• Report to Maintenance Engineer

• Preventive maintenace and operations support

* Maintainenance of tunnel washer, washer extractors and dryers to keep equipment in operational condition.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of laundry machines, conveyors

• Provide support and assistance by responding appropriately to repair situations, assessing the problem, and taking fast and efficient recovery actions to get machine back to operating conditions

• Schedule cleaning of machines, ductwork, conveyors and related equipment.

• Diagnose equipment failure with electrical & controls drawings

• Safety at work mindset at all times

• Team player and work wells in a team and works calm during machine breakdown

• Responsive and courteous in providing service to the Operations team

• Always able to support late hours urgent maintenance tasks

• 5 days work, one off day on weekend
