Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communication studies. Combination of education and equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing/advertising or a closely related field is preferred. The successful candidate must have proficient experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs also required. Knowledge and experience with Canva, and/or the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
Salary Range: $61475-$70876
Days and Hours of Work: Monday through Friday - 35 hours a week

The Production Clerk/Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a range of responsibilities within the Marketing Department. The successful candidate will support the Marketing Department in all its activities including advertising campaigns, product promotions, media buys, tracking marketing/advertising expenses and updating the advertising budget. The successful candidate must be organized with a strong attention to detail. The ability to periodically work some evenings and weekends is required.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as agency liaison, reviewing media buys, advertising and sponsorship packages, and ensuring correct and timely ad creative is running.
- Review and audit of advertising invoices, including those associated with media buys, as well as expenses associated with the development and implementation of promotions.
- Actively participate in marketing department meetings to pitch ideas and promotions for Lottery games, local events and sponsorships.
- Help coordinate promotional events.
- Represent the Lottery at promotional events.
- Organize and conduct various promotional drawings.
- Organize and communicate drawing results for prize fulfillment.
- Develop promotional event summaries to provide analysis and notes about the event.
- Track and manage promotional giveaway inventory.
- Interact with Lottery retailers and Lottery players.
- Review Instant Ticket Working Papers content and prize structures for clarity and accuracy.
- Update the bulletin board in the Lottery lobby with new games and or promotions.
- Assist with social media monitoring and content creation.
- Drawing auditor for Midday Numbers drawings.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time, and the successful candidate must be a team player, open to new challenges and assignments.
