Production Controller (Kitting)

Plans and oversees production control projects, including inspection, repair, modification, and fabrication or kit building.

Conducts all phases of production planning, including estimating, scheduling, and expediting for repair, modification, and fabrication operations.

Reviews and analyzes schedules, references, and directives to determine project requirements, interpreting manufacturing data and standards.

Determines the necessary machinery, equipment, work processes, and personnel required for each project.

Researches and identifies sources for required materials through various catalogs and direct contact with suppliers to ensure availability.

Compiles detailed cost estimates, including direct and indirect costs, and provides explanations for any figures that exceed limitations.

Schedules and monitors production operations, collaborates with various departments to resolve delays, and ensures projects are completed on schedule.
