Production Coordinator

Job Description:

1. Work Order Tracking

• Track progress of work orders that are disseminated on the production floor
• Coordinate progress daily and share delays related to production with General Manager and Production team
• Follow up with factory workers on job status when needed
• Assist in closing work order and input of off-cut materials into ERP System

2. Aluminium Material & Offcut Tracking

• Tag aluminium offcut pieces and location
• Reconcile offcut pieces with ERP system

3. Inventory Update

• Support inventory adjustments and location transfer in ERP system

Requirements:

Skills & Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or metal industry is preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Language

• Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of Malay is an advantage.
