Production & Customer Service Assistant [5.5 DAYS / BEDOK] (KCKC)

Working Days: 5. 5 Day A week (off Sunday and PH)
Working hours: Mon - Fri 7:30am-4pm ; Sat 7.30am-12pm
Working Location: Bedok
Salary: $1800 - $2000 Gross (No OT)
Responsibilities
- Prepare food products following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent quality
- Package and label finished products accurately for distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning equipment and workspaces in the production area
- Conduct stock-taking and handle products, including in cold-room environments, to support inventory management
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions for walk-in customers
- Respond to customer calls and text messages to provide basic product and service information
Requirements
- Prior experience in food production or retail is an advantage
- Computer literate for software & reply email
