Production Data Controller

Key Responsibilities * Collect, record and maintain daily production data, including production quantities, material consumption, wastage and output. * Monitor production activities and ensure accurate recording of operational information. * Coordinate with production supervisors and relevant departments to obtain timely production updates. * Maintain production-related reports and databases using Microsoft Excel. * Ensure accuracy and consistency of production records and investigate discrepancies where necessary. * Assist in monitoring production efficiency, material utilisation and wastage. * Update production transactions and relevant information in the ERP system. * Prepare daily and periodic production reports for management. * Support the finance and production controlling team with data collection and analysis. * Maintain proper documentation and ensure data is available for reporting and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. * Engineering or Finance background is an advantage but not mandatory. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. * Basic knowledge of SAP or any similar ERP system is preferred. * Good data management, data recording and analytical skills. * Basic understanding of production or manufacturing operations is an advantage. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Willingness to work closely with the production team on the factory floor. Preferred Experience * Previous experience in production data entry, production coordination, inventory recording or manufacturing operations is desirable. * Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
