Production Data Management
Nokia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain Team. As Production Data Management Specialist, you will play an important role daily cooperating and providing data for devices manufacturing from Broadband Devices Business product portfolio (BBD). You are expected to be an induvial contributor skilled at technical product data management, and also a team player who can collaborate with the stakeholders on daily operations
This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence at our Bydgoszcz office 3 days per week.
- Be familiar with R&D systems and product documentation (manufacture processing sheets, etc.) which are related to the job of product data management.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to define production data generation rules during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, and validate these rules throughout the prototype and pilot production stages.
- Provide the production data (like serial number, Operator ID, WiFi data, MAC address, etc.) to JDM (Joint Develop Mode) suppliers factories base on factory production plan, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Maintain the traceability of the manufacturing data. Support any information needed (post sending) for specific analysis.
- Apply for the MAC address requirement to external company, and load the data into system for further allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data management and/or documentation management systems is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, processes, and requirements.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with R&D Technical Project Managers (TPMs), Supply Chain Project Managers (SCPMs), JDM vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong team-oriented mindset, with a high level of accountability and ownership.
