Production Designer - Figma Specialist (all genders)

As a Production Designer - Figma Specialist, you will build scalable design systems that power multi‑localization campaign production across retail, digital, and print.
  • Create component libraries and templates that scale across markets, languages, and formats.
  • Ensure files are structured for safe population and rollout by other team members.
  • Develop master files and derivative systems as single sources of truth.
  • Support campaign production with localization logic for diverse languages and text lengths.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless handoff across digital and print pipelines.
  • Apply systems thinking to QA and continuously improve design workflows.
  • Deep expertise in Figma: Auto Layout, component variants/properties, nested instance overrides.
  • Proficiency with Figma Variables (string variables, mode switching) for localization and copy swaps.
  • Experience building templated systems across multiple SKUs, formats, and markets.
  • Familiarity with design tokens and plugins (Content Reel, Bulk Rename, Similayer, Batch Styler, localization tools).
  • Awareness of production handoff requirements: CMYK, font licensing, InDesign‑adjacent print workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with proven ability to restructure systems at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex design logic clearly.
  • Work on high‑impact campaigns for international brands.
