Production Director
Overview
The Production Director leads all production environments at Lifepoint Church, creating excellent, distraction-free experiences that help people engage with Jesus.
This role oversees audio, video, and lighting across all campuses, builds strong volunteer teams, and ensures every environment is executed with consistency and excellence.
This is a leader, builder, and developer of teams role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all production environments across campuses
(audio, video, lighting) - Champion excellent execution for weekend services and events
- Build, train, and develop volunteer production teams
- Set and maintain clear standards across all campuses
- Ensure systems, equipment, and environments are reliable and scalable
- Partner with ministry leaders to support the overall experience
- Create simple, repeatable systems that allow teams to win

Experience
- 5+ years of live production experience
- Strong expertise in audio, video, and lighting
- Experience building and leading teams
- Experience in a church or live event environment preferred
