🔧 About the Role:
As our Production Dispatcher, you’ll be the hub of our daily operations—balancing technician schedules, job timelines, and customer communications to ensure projects stay on track and homeowners stay informed.
You will:
- Schedule and dispatch roofing crews, repair techs, and site supervisors
- Monitor daily workloads and adjust in real-time as needed
- Deconflict crew assignments and resolve scheduling issues efficiently
- Provide friendly, timely updates to customers about their project status
- Use tools like Zuper, HubSpot, and internal platforms to manage workflows
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to drive on-time delivery and exceptional service
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years dispatching experience in home services (HVAC, electric, plumbing, or roofing preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A calm, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Tech-savvy with scheduling, CRM, and field service software (experience with Zuper a plus)
- Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
