Production Engineer
Summary
Production Engineer designs and refines manufacturing processes for new projects, troubleshoots quality issues with suppliers, and trains staff on assembly and safety standards.
Job Description:-
To establish step by step manufacturing processes (Lot-Traveler creation) to improve work efficiency and enhance product quality for new project
To analyze and manage non-conforming parts on the production line, collaborating with the Purchasing and QA departments to resolve the claiming process with the supplier
Updating in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Proactively coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines
Providing training and guidance to production staff to ensure that they are proficient in system rack assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures
Willingness to engage in hands-on assembly tasks on the production line as required.
Any other other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement:-
Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical), or related disciplined.
Minimum 3-5 years of related manufacturing /boxbuild and rack assembly experience will be given prior consideration
SAP and MES know-how and experience is preferred
Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person
Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others
Able to define requirement for interdisciplinary teams and identify suitable system parameters
Team player, systematic and result oriented
Competency in MS Office/google app sheet applications
