we are looking for a motivated and technically competent Production Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the tractor, automobile, or wheel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production planning, shop-floor operations, manpower handling, quality improvement, and achieving daily production targets while ensuring safety and product quality.
- Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Handle shop-floor operations, manpower, and machine utilization.
- Ensure product quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Monitor production planning, cycle time, and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Maintain production reports and ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and SOPs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in the tractor, automobile, or wheel manufacturing industry.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of production processes, shop-floor operations, and manufacturing practices.
- Industry Preference: Experience in tractor wheels, automobile wheels, wheel rims, or automotive components.
