Production Engineer

Responsibility:

· Responsible and lead a team of production staff

· Produce production planning and scheduling for manufacturing order

· Review capacity situation, make recommendations on utilization of the labour and equipment resources to Manager/Head of Planning

· Accountable for product availability /production output to satisfy customer demand while maximizing effective plant resources

· Work closely with Sales staff to communicate schedules, schedule changes, and to make any necessary re-schedule requested by the customers

· Ensure factory and its immediate surroundings are maintained with appropriate house-keeping measures

· Oversee the maintenance of factory and equipment for maximum safety and efficiency

· Ensure personal safety regulations are strictly complied with, as according to MOM/Occupational Health & Safety.

- Oversee stock level for production daily use

Requirements:

· Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar disciplines

· More than 10 year’s working experience in a manufacturing environment or production fields

· Knowledge of mechanical with fabrication and welding experience

· Results-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment

· Meticulous, adaptable to changes and good with systems

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with production teams

· Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in dynamic manufacturing environments

· Posses with good management skills
