Currently, from the specialized Mecánica 4.0 GI PRO line, we are looking for a Production Engineer for an important manufacturing industry company located in Getafe.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate the assembly activities carried out by external companies.
• Define, together with the different areas involved, the assembly scheduling based on production needs and customer commitments.
• Guarantee the availability of materials necessary for the execution of assemblies, coordinating needs with the Procurement, Logistics, and Production departments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency, quality, and reliability of processes.
• Collaborate with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and Supply Chain areas to ensure the correct execution of the activities under your responsibility.

We tell you the main requirements and other skills for the position:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial environments performing functions related to planning, production, operations, or industrial project management.
• Availability to travel is essential.
• Experience in the coordination of external suppliers and operational activities.
• Experience in serial manufacturing or industrial assembly is valued.
• Experience working with industrial ERPs is valued.
