Production Engineer

Job Summary

Plan, lead, and supervise the production team to achieve productivity, product quality, and on-time delivery while ensuring safety and efficient resource use.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources and capacity to meet production targets effectively
• Lead and supervise the production team to maintain safe work areas and processes that optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage plant operations to meet production schedules with minimal stoppages and disruptions, ensuring high productivity standards
• Participate in achieving ISO9001 Quality Objectives to uphold product and service quality
• Train, coach, and reward workers to improve competencies and promote effective work methods
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction
• Ensure delivery of products in full and on time to meet customer requirements
• Monitor and control operational costs to maintain cost-effectiveness and support lean operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, especially in Civil Construction
• Knowledge of Industrial Automation machines is an advantage
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and innovative thinking skills applied with a proactive safety mindset
• Collaborative team player adaptable to diverse working environments
