Summary

Oversee day-to-day production operations, coordinate teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of construction projects.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Production Engineers in managing a production team that includes:

Resources are used efficiently.
Co-ordinating between other teams like Planning, Quality Control and other departments
Ensure all the works to be carried out in a safe manner with proper methods, tools etc.
Ensure production and safety SOP are being followed correctly.
Meet customer’s requirements that include:
Delivery Schedules
Documentation
Quality
Safety

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from recognised University.

2. Ability to work independently.

3. Ability to adhere to schedule and keep proper records.

4. Strong teamwork spirit, proactive & good communication skills.
