Production Engineer

JOB TITLE : PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Job Description :

* Plan and lead oil production operations across all offshore fields.

* Develop and manage production plans and schedules to ensure efficient resource utilization.

* Monitor and analyze daily production reports, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

* Coordinate annual production budgets and implement effective cost control measures.

* Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reliability.

* Manage contractors and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

* Oversee emergency response activities and supervise corrective maintenance operations.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to oil production and environmental standards.

* Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

* Drive initiatives for technological upgrades and digitalization to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
