Production Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, particularly in injection moulding, and will be responsible for overseeing production planning and execution. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production plans to optimize efficiency and meet production targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations. - Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to improve quality and efficiency. - Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Provide technical support and guidance to production staff. - Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology.
