What You'll Do
- Manage daily production operations and output.
- Monitor manpower and production line performance.
- Track production output, downtime and material usage.
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
- Ensure product quality and food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and FSSC.
- Monitor production losses, wastage and rejects.
- Maintain production records and KPI reports.
- Support equipment troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Support production teams in daily operations.

Ideal Candidates
- Experience with production lines or PET production is an advantage
- Experience in food processing or beverage manufacturing is preferred
- Good understanding of production operations and food safety
- Familiar with GMP, HACCP and FSSC standards
