Production Executive/Production Engineer | Pasir Gudang

Company Background:

Our client company, with its headquarters in Japan, is set to establish a new manufacturing facility at Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment, designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the company's global business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations on the manufacturing floor to ensure smooth production processes.
  
• Implement and drive process improvements to increase production efficiency and product quality.
  
• Monitor and track product production progress to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Resolve any production-related issues and coordinate problem-solving efforts.
  
• Assist in quality control, equipment maintenance, and staff training on the production line.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Materials.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Production Engineer or Production Executive in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Proficiency in Chinese to effectively communicate and manage work processes.
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production management.
  
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced productivity.

Salary Range: RM6000 - RM8000
