Production Executive (Stamping/ West)
Summary
Oversee daily stamping production, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets while leading a team of operators and toolmakers in a manufacturing environment.
Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:45am - 4:45pm
Location: Joo Koon (Lok Yang)
Job Responsibilities
Prepare monthly production reports.
Monitor daily production processes to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met.
Review and update process Work Instructions (WI) when required.
Lead stamping team members and toolmakers to achieve production targets.
Coordinate with planners and internal process teams to ensure delivery schedules are met.
Participate in QCC, Kaizen activities, and 5S housekeeping initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or stamping environment.
