Responsible to manage operations and personnel for efficient functioning of production department ( HVAC Ducts , Dampers, Sound attenuators , Louvres etc.)
Responsible to ensure adequate materials, equipment and personnel are available to meet production targets
Responsible for manpower planning and control.
Responsible for production planning and scheduling
Responsible for production tracking.
Responsible for updating weekly stock status
Responsible for recommending procedures for machinery maintenance or modification, including replacement of machines.
Responsible for detecting and solving production problems.
Responsible for site inspections for fire rated ducting installations.
Responsible for coordinating with sales team and clients regarding product specifications and deliveries.
Communicating and coordinating with customers
Plan and implement production schedules
Coordinate with store department for updation of stock.
Manpower planning and scheduling of shifts.
To maintain installation report of Fire rated ducting
Check preventive maintenance schedule and ensure it is done.
To handle machinery breakdown.
Prepare backup plans in case of emergencies.
Monitoring of daily maintenance activities
Knowledge on Lean / Six sigma and process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Experience of 5-9 years
