Production Lead
We are looking for a Production Lead to run day-to-day platform operations and the 24/7 operator team, AI-first, so we find and fix issues before players notice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 6 operators: shift schedule, coverage, training and performance.
• Own incident triage, severity levels and escalation to R&D, DevOps, Payments and providers.
• Run incident calls; publish incident timelines and postmortems (AI-drafted, checked by a human).
• Own runbooks and monitoring checklists; turn repeated steps into AI agent workflows with human approval.
• Watch business health: deposits, withdrawals, provider status, bet settlement, GGR anomalies.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and provider outages; inform Support, CRM and Payments.
• Ops reporting: SLA, MTTA / MTTR, incident trends, top recurring issues sent to R&D.
• Keep the ops AI toolset current: AI alert triage, log-search agents, ChatOps in Slack.
Required Experience:
• 3+ yrs production support / NOC, 1+ leading a shift team.
• Incident management: severity, escalation, communication, postmortems.
• Daily use of AI tools for log analysis, incident summaries and runbooks.
• Dashboards and alerting (Grafana, Kibana / ELK, Datadog or similar).
• SQL for data checks; can read API logs and error codes.
• Knows AI agent guardrails: read-only by default, human approval for actions, audit trail.
• Clear written English for incident updates.
Nice to Have:
• iGaming operations (payments, game and sports providers).
• Used MCP servers or ChatOps agents (Slack + agents).
• On-call / incident tools (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, incident.io).
• Regulated markets (licence reporting, responsible gaming).
