Production Lead

About this Position Lead cell performance across Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale KPIs. Drive daily management routines, address operational gaps, and develop team capabilities to achieve operational excellence. What you´ll do Responsible for the full set of Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale KPI’s for the specific Cell. Set direction and vision for the Cell based on the Site CBN and the Operations strategy. Accountable for the development of the Cell Team according to the respective Skill Matrices. Own and execute the daily/weekly/monthly C-DOR meeting and escalate need for help to the P-DOR meeting (via the Head of Operations). Ensure all the gaps/ losses are correctly addressed to specific resources and properly completed - Attend to the L-DOR meeting(s) every morning for coaching purpose. Coach the team in daily DMS execution to guide a manufacturing or operations team through their Daily Management System (DMS) routines and act on deviations.
