As a Production Lead, you’ll guide your team using your knowledge, experience, and leadership skills. You’ll play a key role in driving production success, solving challenges, and inspiring your team to perform at their best.

Job Duties:

• Train new employees thoroughly and foster a positive, team-oriented environment with fair and consistent leadership.

• Communicate effectively with employees and supervisors, providing feedback, resolving basic concerns, and escalating complex issues.

• Recommend improvements in policies, processes, and quality; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Recognize employee contributions, motivate the team, and assist in performance reviews and customer tours.

• Follow all company policies, including safety and confidentiality, and properly use tools, equipment, and PPE.
