Production Leak Tester
Summary
The Production Leak Tester is responsible for testing products for leaks using compressed air and water before they are painted and shipped. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and troubleshoot recurring production issues.
Position Overview: The Leak Tester is responsible for testing our product for leaks prior to painting and, sequentially, shipping. Other processes within operations such as using compressed air regulators, the use of water for testing, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Position Responsibilities
- Test all products for leaks
- Use compressed air and water for testing
- Regulate compressed air to a minimum of 40 psi
- Properly use pipe fittings for testing
- Attention to detail
- Looks into recurring issues to help determine root cause
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform all duties in a safe and timely manner
Job Qualifications - Required
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues
- Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast moving environment
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Work Environment
This role routinely uses water, compressed air tanks and air hose for job completion
