Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Assembly Technicians in daily operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and coordinate solutions promptly.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment (5S).
• Monitor production progress and update records accurately.
• Support staff training, coaching, and skill development.
• Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and safety.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Experience in CNC machine assembly or quality control is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of 5S, workplace safety, and quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Positive attitude and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
