Production Line Operator - Machine Operator

About the role

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the operation of a production line, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency standards during their shift.

What you'll do

Among the main responsibilities are operational line management, line start-up, coordination of the work team of approximately 5-10 people, control of production parameters, supervision of product quality, and monitoring of performance indicators. Additionally, they will actively participate in continuous improvement, safety, traceability, and process optimization activities.

What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals with experience in industrial environments, preferably in food or mass consumption, with leadership skills, results orientation, and experience coordinating production teams.

Minimum requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial production.
• Experience coordinating work teams.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Organizational skills, leadership, and incident resolution.

Nice to have

Valuable

• Experience in the food industry or similar.
• Knowledge of quality, food safety, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of production management and traceability systems.
