About the Position
We're looking for dependable, hardworking Team Members to join our Kitchen Production team! In this hands-on role, you'll help prepare and cook our specialty food products while maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
What You'll Do

Open cans, drums, bags, and bins and transfer ingredients into cooking kettles or holding containers.

Read and follow recipes, accurately weighing and measuring ingredients according to specifications.

Prepare and cook products in batches according to recipes or instructions from the Kitchen Supervisor.

Measure and monitor product Brix, consistency, temperature, and pH to help maintain quality standards.

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen production area.

Complete required production documentation, product quality forms, Quality Assurance forms, and daily batch reports.

Follow established food safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
