Production Line Supervisor

As a Production Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production line and ensuring all production requirements are met with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise the production line at the center.

· Ensure quality compliance for all parts and all stages of work in the department.

· Develop a production plan for the production line and coordinate its timing with other departments in the center and management continuously.

· Implement training procedures for new workers based on the operational fundamentals in the center.

· Monitor production quantities in the department and ensure their distribution among workers within a documented scope for the workers.

· Prepare monthly reports and any other reports required by the work.

· Collaborate with the team to improve the overall operations of the center.

· Monitor the maintenance of machines and tools available in the center and provide continuous evaluation to the production manager.

· Conduct training sessions in coordination with the center manager to develop and support the department.

Skills

• High school diploma or industrial diploma
• 3-5 years of experience
• Proficiency in all types of production processes (traditional, series, batch, contract, molding)
• Quick learning and absorption of new skills.
• Ability to convey information and training when needed and provide solutions to internal department problems.
• Ability to write required reports.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage and organize the department.
• Accuracy in recording information in the logs.
