Production Machine Operator | Weekend Nights (Part-Time)

Production Machine Operator | Weekend Nights (Part-Time)
Operate and troubleshoot packing equipment while helping the team meet production, safety, and quality standards.
Schedule and Training

Regular schedule – Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM the following morning.

Required training – Two weeks on 3rd shift, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You’ll move to the regular weekend night schedule once training is complete.

Responsibilities

Operate packing equipment, including case packers, case erectors, Bliss erectors, case sealers, and palletizers.

Learn the stations in your assigned area and rotate between them as scheduled.

Troubleshoot routine equipment issues and assist with machine changeovers and scheduled equipment checks.

Check materials against quality standards and complete required production and quality records.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), follow safe operating procedures, and maintain a clean work area.

Share production and equipment updates with the next shift and assist other production areas as needed.

Specific Knowledge

Packing equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and production documentation.

Safe equipment operation and proper lifting techniques.
