- Basic Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,200 + S$700 Shift Support Allowance
- Overtime Pay

- Company-sponsored Food Safety Level 1 certification (if required)
- 5-day work week (Monday – Friday)
- Day Shift: 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM (Rotation every 2 weeks)
- If required to work on weekends, an off-in-lieu will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance for production and utility equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and coordinate repairs with external vendors when required.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and R&D teams on new equipment installation, production improvements, and commissioning.
- Monitor building facilities including lighting, electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, water supply, and fire protection systems.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Perform minor facility repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, and fixture maintenance.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and support cost-effective maintenance planning.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain maintenance records, calibration documents, and support regulatory and customer audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, productivity, energy efficiency, and factory performance.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, factory, or plant environment, dealing with Electrical systems, compressors, mechanical equipment, and utilities.
- Food Safety Level 1 certification is an advantage (training will be provided if not certified).
