Production Manager

OVERVIEW:

• Oversee and ensure efficient use of employees according to production planning
• First contact for production employees for any questions in production
• Guide, train, supervise and discipline employees in all production processes (including maintenance and warehouse)
• Promote open discussion and communication between employees
• Cordinate activities between press, metal prep, rubber, and warehouse departments
• Promote digitalization of production

PERFORMANCE METRICS:

1. Practice “management by walking around”
2. Be the example of “how to work”, and lead employees by your actions more than your words
3. Meet production schedule due dates
4. Ensure production completes all paperwork 100% (no exceptions)
5. Promote GMT Global Philosophy and Strategy through the plant
