Production Manager

- Lead production operations and ensure targets are achieved.
- Coordinate production activities with Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, waste and equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
The position requirements are:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, Food and beverage production processes.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
