About the Role

A reputable manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations and ensure efficient, safe, and quality-driven manufacturing processes, particularly in bottled water and carbonated soft drink (CSD) production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire bottled water production line and daily manufacturing operations.
• Plan and organise production according to established schedules and targets.
• Ensure production processes meet quality and operational standards.
• Monitor production workflows and optimise efficiency.
• Coordinate production activities to minimise downtime and waste.
• Ensure compliance with established production and quality requirements.

Requirements

• BA/B.Sc./HND in a relevant field.
• 3–10 years of relevant production or manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience in bottled water and CSD production processes.
• Ability to independently manage a complete bottled water production line.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows and production standards.
• Good leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
