Production Manager

Coinkite is seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to manage BOMs, component pricing, suppliers, contract manufacturers, shipping logistics, production schedules, and the movement of hardware products from build plan to shipped inventory while working from home with Toronto business-hours overlap.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BOMs, component costing, vendor quotes, and supplier records.
• Manage suppliers, distributors, contract manufacturers, purchase orders, lead times, and production schedules.
• Track component availability, shortages, delays, samples, packaging, freight, customs, and inventory handoff.
• Keep founders and engineering updated on production and logistics.
• Identify production and logistics issues early.
• Help move prototypes and production runs to shipped product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production, operations, supply chain, or hardware manufacturing.
• Experience with BOM management.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers, including China and Southeast Asia.
• Consumer or custom electronics experience.
• Comfort coordinating shipping logistics.
• Detail-oriented operational approach.
• Availability to overlap Toronto business hours.
