Job Summary
A Construction Production Manager supports project production by planning and coordinating daily site operations, tracking schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work meets budget and safety standards. They serve as a key link between on-site teams, consultants, and management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily construction site operations to ensure smooth project progress
- Track project schedules to monitor milestones and deadlines for timely completion
- Manage subcontractors by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving issues
- Ensure construction work complies with budget constraints and safety regulations
- Facilitate communication between on-site teams, consultants, and upper management to align project goals
- Monitor site activities to identify and mitigate risks affecting project delivery and safety
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction production management
