Production Manager / Events Manager | Hybrid | Makati

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the production team while overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and talents to ensure smooth event execution from pre-production through post-event activities.
• Track project progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure consistently high execution standards.
• Collaborate with account management and creative teams to ensure concepts are practical, aligned, and properly executed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in event production, brand activations, or a related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership or people management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
