What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll oversee daily production operations, lead manufacturing teams, and ensure equipment, people, and processes are working together to meet company goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee daily production operations, staffing, and production scheduling
• Lead and develop production teams, including Production Planning, Operator Technicians, Packing Operators, and Line Operators
• Ensure products are completed accurately, on time, and to quality standards
• Monitor production performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Drive equipment efficiency with a goal of maintaining 90% equipment uptime
• Establish and manage preventative maintenance schedules
• Ensure production machinery and equipment are operating properly
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Oversee building systems, including HVAC and electrical systems
• Develop and maintain maintenance policies, procedures, and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, equipment performance, and overall operations
• Monitor maintenance needs, repairs, and equipment performance
• Work closely with production planning and operations teams to meet production goals
