Production Manager - Food Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operation based on inventory needs, new product introduction, equipment efficiency and resource optimization while maintaining GMPs compliance.
- Streamline company’s production process in order to maintain an efficient and effective team.
- Perform Quality Measures of staff performance.
- Assist in Internal Quality Audits (IQA).
- Plan, organize, direct and control of daily production with production supervisor.
- Evaluate, improve product quality, production efficiency, work procedures and safety enhancement in accordance to food safety and GMPs.
- Manage cost performance and be responsible for daily production yield and output.
- Staff development and improve staff competency.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement programme and Lean Manufacturing.
- Preparing monthly production report, provide support for new product launch and to review documents and reports.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- FMCG / Food Manufacturing experiences will be advantage
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO22000:2005, BRC issue7, SS590:2013, HACCP
- Theory of constraint / Industrial Engineering
- Inventory management skill.
- Knowledge of Business Central 365 (Microsoft Dynamic Navision)
- Microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, outlook)
